Job Description:
The Project Support Specialist is focused on driving client satisfaction through proactive communication, feature adoption, training, and issue resolution. As a key point of contact, the individual will engage with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure a positive experience with the company's products and services.
Responsibilities include promoting new features, providing consulting and training, resolving issues, maintaining product knowledge, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. The role requires strong performance in client engagement, problem-solving, time management, and communication, with a focus on relationship-building and product advocacy. Ideal candidates will have a customer-centric mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a remote position in MN, IN, FL or TX.
Key Accountabilities:
- Initiate and maintain proactive client communication to ensure satisfaction and promote feature adoption.
- Provide hands-on training and consulting, helping clients maximize product use.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain a smooth experience.
- Stay updated on product enhancements and contribute to product knowledge sharing with clients.
- Meet performance targets and remain informed about market trends to guide client strategies.
- Collect client feedback to contribute to continuous product and service improvement.
- Manage multiple projects, demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate consultative support and adapt to diverse client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools and collaborative teamwork.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate's compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
$57,900.00 - $96,200.00
