The Provider Comm Manager is responsible for collaborating with health plans and enterprise business partners to ensure accurate, consistent and timely provider messaging in the support of B2B, enterprise, state-specific, vendor and line of business communications. Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
- Supports tracking, development and completion of company initiatives and Government or Commercial business growth projects and initiatives related to provider communications.
- Supports recommendation of distribution channels to include attainment of appropriate approvals.
- Supports development of new and innovative programs for standard communication distribution and format.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in managed healthcare or related industry or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- Prior Medicaid/Medicare health care industry experience
- At least 5 years of experience producing Medicaid/Medicare provider directories
- Advanced proficiency with Directory Builder application
- Experience interacting confidently with key stakeholders as a subject matter expert
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat editing tools
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $93,564.00 - $116,955.00
