RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our Fortune 500 clients in Sunrise, FL.Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:Provide administrative support to the Quality Department with Medical Record requests during the HEDIS Project including but not limited to:- Preparing and sending medical record requests to provider offices
- Processing of records including separating pdfs and naming files
- Outreaching to provider offices via phone or fax to request medical records
- Navigating multiple computer systems to create record requests or upload medical records
- Assisting with other administrative tasks related to the HEDIS project as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excel and Word skills and being able to navigate a computer
- Experience making outbound phone calls or Call Center experience
- Ability to be productive independently
- HEDIS Project experience
- Experience requesting medical records from provider offices
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
