Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a Cleveland based company. The Paralegal will manage various commercial real estate matters including transactions and leases. The company offers a hybrid work schedule. Duties include, but aren't limited to:

• Conducting title and survey review and analyzing zoning reports;
• Preparing closing checklists and closing documents;
• Reviewing and analyzing legal documents including purchase agreements, finance agreements, leases, etc.;
• Preparing abstracts for leases and acquisitions;
• Maintaining documents in a document management system;
• And more.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience;
• Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate;
• Proficiency with MS Office
