High-profile investment management firm located in Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking to hire a Temporary-to-Permanent Receptionist to add to their growing team! This position will start ASAP, requiring 5 days on-site from 7:45am-5pm with an earlier dismissal on Fridays at 4pm. This is an awesome opportunity to learn from and work with an experienced team of good people who are pleasant to work with!

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls, acting as a gatekeeper where necessary
• Meet and greet incoming visitors and direct guests appropriately
• Assist with calendaring and conference room booking
• Coordinate with other EAs and act as backup coverage for EAs; opportunity to take on travel booking and assist with event planning or other ad-hoc projects once trust is established

Qualifications:

• Degree required
• Must be easily commutable to Midtown, Manhattan
• Some office experience required including the use of Outlook and calendaring
• Positive energy who remains personable and professional at all times
• Reliable, organized, timely individual who has strong communication skills

Compensation/Benefits:

• 60-65K when perm + Discretionary Bonus
• 100% paid medical, start day one of employment
