MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: 4th year apprentice or above

Experience: Four - six years of Construction Quality experience

or

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Quality or Construction Experience: Five years ' experience in the Electrical trade

Travel: 50-75%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 AM and 6 PM, Monday- Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Champion overall Quality responsibilities within region or site.
  • Monitors compliance with government regulatory agencies such as OSHA, MSHA, DNR, etc.
  • Collaborates with fellow Quality managers to improve quality for the company overall.
  • Interfaces with customers and general and specialty contractors, as well as trade associations to facilitate best Quality practices and compliance and provide an appropriately consistent approach to quality and environmental issues.
  • Actively participates in daily Operational Risk Management and planning meetings, including leading and/or facilitating discussions when possible.
  • Serves as primary contact for Regional Quality-related issues or concerns.
  • Maintains stock and orders Quality supplies for project.
  • Provides support to on-site personnel.
  • Manage and lead direct reports development, training, coaching, feedback, and performance.
  • Assists in task Quality analysis and pre-planning.
  • Stays abreast of new and evolving trends, information and regulations pertaining to occupation Quality.
  • Develop, implement and manage Quality programs, training, compliance, assessments and reporting.
  • Works with Operations and Leaders to ensure Quality Meetings, Quality Training, Quality Audits are being done, are relevant and are promoting intended behaviors and outcomes.
  • Conducts RCA investigations and recommends corrective action (if warranted) based upon incidents and/or trends. Determines the cause and identifies the means of prevention.
  • Provides guidance to field employees, project supervisors, and management on matters concerning project quality and installation best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Actively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
