Regional Service Manager
Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Regional Service Manager for our Service team in Lancaster, PA.
This position supports the efforts of the Equipment Service team, assisting with employee growth and development, continuous improvement principles, and department management. Assesses and responds to complex situations where other efforts have failed to resolve and isolate equipment issues. Is tactfully and strategically responsible for the closure of all customer-escalated issues and problems within their region. Reports any quality issues to appropriate groups and implements out of box thinking in sometimes speedy resolve. Ensures all training certifications and requirements are maintained and up to date, always developing and coaching their team members. May train field staff to best practices in the field. Responsible for overseeing and organizing work performed with best practices by direct reports in their assigned region.
