Summary:
Serves as Program Coordinator for activities and educational programs in the Division of Employee Resiliency at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (Roswell Park); organizes and implements a comprehensive education program for employees, trainees, and students on topics related to resiliency and burnout prevention; creates the infrastructure and directs implementation of a comprehensive program that supports these activities; collaborates with community partners to create a network of Wellness, Resiliency, Stress & Burnout Reduction programming; collaborates with academic investigators to develop an initial and long-term research agenda involving resiliency, stress and burnout reduction and wellness for healthcare workers and staff; identifies and pursues grant opportunities and other sources of funding to support research and educational initiatives nested in the Resiliency program; assists in the management of Resiliency programming budget. Salary range is $57,527 to $72,203.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

1. Master's degree in Science, Health, Mental Health or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in medical social work and/or experience in a comprehensive cancer center or a health related field; or one (1) year of full-time experience working within a hospital setting; or six (6) months of full-time experience with developing and implementing programming within a health care facility; or
2. Bachelor's degree in Science, Health, Mental Health or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in medical social work and/or experience in a comprehensive cancer center or a health related field; or two (2) years of full-time experience working within a hospital setting; or one (1) year of full-time experience with developing and implementing programming within a health care facility; or
3. Associate's degree in Science, Health, Mental Health or a related field and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time experience in medical social work and/or experience in a comprehensive cancer center or a health related field; or four (4) years of full-time experience working within a hospital setting; or two (2) years of full-time experience with developing and implementing programming within a health care facility.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
