The Anticoagulation Management Clinic (ACM) nurse is a self-motivated, professional registered nurse and resource person. She/he will be responsible to implement and evaluate an outpatient anticoagulation counseling and monitoring program.
Requirements: 1) Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; 2) Current Montana license or ability to obtain; 3) BLS Certification; and 4) meet annual requirements for education, competency, licensure, etc.
Work Experience Requirements: 1) Minimum of two years of recent nursing experience required, anticoagulation management experience preferred; 2) Certified in Anticoagulation Therapy management from an accredited program, or ability to obtain within one year of employment; 3) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary is commensurate with up to 10 years of experience.
