Sales Trainee

Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Sales Trainee for our Sales team in Western Arizona.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities:

• Maintain a solid business relationship with customers.
• Analyze customer needs and develop recommendations to improve employee productivity.
• Assist and present Cleaning Cost Analysis Program to customers, participate in the count and measure activities of buildings and make recommendations to customers.
• Participate in equipment demonstrations and customer training to include the trailering of equipment.
• Install chemical, soap, and paper dispensers as needed.

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in presenting and training in both small and large groups.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state drivers license with no major traffic violations within the past 5 years.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the customer.
