Description: Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer/Analyst - IV
Job description:
Targeted Years of Experience: 7-10 years
Responsibilities: ? The candidate will be responsible for Design, Development, Unit Testing, System Testing Support and UAT Support for SFDC modules.
The candidate is also expected to be able to research and conceptualize solutions to business requirements that will enable the IT team to deliver a solution that is robust, scalable and the best experience for the end users. The candidate has to participate in daily scrum/touch point calls and provide updates on the status of work to management Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance.
? Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
? Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.
? Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
? Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
? Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
? Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
? Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications.
? Supervise the work of programmers, technologists, technicians and other engineering personnel.
? Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration.
? Determine system performance standards.
? Train users to use new or modified equipment.
? Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
1. At Least 10 years of total experience.
2. Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce.com technologies ? Salesforce Lightning Interface, Lightning Components, SLDS, Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Schedulers, Dynamic Apex), SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce(Pages, Components & controllers), S-Controls, Web Services API(SOAP/ REST), Metadata API, Workflow & Approvals, Validation Rules & Formulas, Reports & Dashboards, Analytic Snapshots Communities, Einstein Analytics Extensive knowledge of
? Lightning Aura framework, Lightning Security, Locker Service, Lightning Customer component development, Flexi pages
3. Well versed in analyzing company processes, translating business workflows into accurate Salesforce.com workflows and configuring/customizing Salesforce.com to meet business needs.
DESIRED SKILLS: Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management and Territory Planning Experience
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor?s / Masters Degree in any field.

? Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Must) ? Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Must)
