JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

As an Industry Principal at Simplus you will play a pivotal role in driving technological innovation within the HLS sector. As a member of the Simplus/Infosys team who is highly skilled on Salesforce implementations in the HLS industry

Job Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the Salesforce platform accordingly.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products and stay up to date with new features and capabilities.
• Conduct solution reviews and provide recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans.
• Support presales activities including proposal development, orals presentations, scoping, solutioning, effort estimation, and costing
• Support both RFP responses and proactive sales pitch development
• Drive solution innovation by bringing learnings, best practices and input from customer facing interactions and proposals back to Business Transformation Solution leads to ensure constant evolution and improvement in our offerings and solutions

Required Education and Experience

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce solution architect or a similar role, preferably within the HLS industry, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery
2. Prior implementation/Solutioning experience with Health Cloud
3. An understanding of operations of organizations within the HLS vertical, and emerging trends in Healthcare and Life Sciences
4. Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, complex Salesforce customizations, and integrations.
5. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
7. A strategic mindset to align technology solutions with business goals and drive continuous improvement.
8. Experience of working with the Agile methodology.

• A good understanding of modern technologies and architectural patterns. Familiarity with cloud services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure is desirable.

Preferred Education & Experience

1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience leading on enterprise projects within the Salesforce ecosystem

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position from home (remotely) or in our SLC, Utah headquarters. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Travel

Travel will be required as part of this role.
