Job Title: Scrum Master (Contingent Resource)

Location: Irving, TX

Job Description:

As a Scrum Master in this contingent resource role, you will:

• Consult and Participate: Engage in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile frameworks. Contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables.
• Analyze and Review: Evaluate and address moderately complex Scrum Master challenges, requiring an in-depth assessment of variable factors.
• Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving moderately complex issues, consulting with team members to meet Scrum Master deliverables while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate: Work closely with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Skills:

• Technical Tools: Jira (JQL/Dashboards), Confluence
• Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban
• Soft Skills: Strong people skills, ability to analyze and interpret metrics
• Optional Skills: Finance, Power BI, Tableau, Project Management

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Scrum or Agile methodologies, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
