Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Sacramento, in office only
Salary: Up to $90,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time

About Us:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our client's growing finance team. This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
• Full cycle Accounts Payable duties
• Month end close duties
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assist in financial forecasting and budget preparation
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP usage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Familiarity with MD365 (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• ERP system experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

Pay $85k - $90k annually
