Seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee bookkeeping tasks for a entitiy in Lake Worth, Florida. This individual will be responsible for processing financials for 500 customers and oversee the on staff bookkeeper (AP & AR).

Health coverage and PTO are offered, including paid holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for 25-30 employees
• Prepare financial statements
• Assist outside CPA with tax reporting and filing
• Prepare journal entries
• Oversee GL
• Oversee AP & AR - ensure reconciliations are accurate
• Special financial modeling projects as necessary
• Process used sales taxes

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business OR relevent years of experience
• QuickBooks online experience required
• Excel required
• Ability to work on-site required
