The Senior Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for assisting the Director of Admissions with the development and execution of a comprehensive recruitment plan for undergraduate new enrollment, which includes first-time freshman and transfer students. Responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of UNL's undergraduate recruitment initiatives for resident and non-resident freshman and transfer students. This position is critical to UNL's undergraduate recruitment efforts toward yielding related new enrollment. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus 5 years student recruitment or related experience; at least 3 years must be in an Undergraduate Admissions Office. Experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Must have a willingness to travel. Must have a valid driver's license and meet University driver eligibility requirements.
