POSITION TITLE: Senior Manager, Marketing Originations Operations

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager of Marketing Operations leads the development, implementation and optimization of post-lead strategies for forward and reverse mortgage products. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Originations, this role will focus on lead routing and work to maximize sales capacity balancing inbound and outbound lead activity. This position will work closely with the Forward/Reverse Sales Origination teams to implement lead routing strategies that focus on lead-lock conversion. This person will set up new lead campaigns and create ad hoc reporting within lead management platforms, such as Velocify and Salesforce. The person will create and build post- lead customer contact strategies within the lead management platforms such as email and SMS. This person will work with the broader marketing originations team to structure portfolio retention and new customer acquisition campaigns that help increase the conversion of leads into funded loans.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Operations: Lead the development, implementation and optimization of post-lead strategies for forward and reverse consumer lending products.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage the post-lead execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, establishing lead routing protocols.
  • Lead Analysis: Identify lead and lock trends across various marketing campaigns and use this information to inform marketing strategy enhancements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, and compliance, to support marketing and lead routing initiatives.
  • Conversion Optimization: Ensure that lead management strategies align with the Forward and Reverse business goals maximizing return on investment.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns post lead, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of Marketing experience, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently to establish and maintain high converting lead routing strategies.
    • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Velocify & Salesforce
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Training / Licensing Requirements:
  • Must pass the Company's Background Screening process prior to beginning employment. Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable.

The salary range for this position is expected to be $90,00 - $130,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.
