As a Senior Manager of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program, you'll support the creation of the AML program. After its creation, you'll manage the program's day-to-day operations and serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You'll also act as the primary liaison between Best Buy and its selected Money Services Business Partner, who will assist Best Buy in ensuring compliance with the Federal Banking Regulations.

This role is hybrid which means you will work some days onsite at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do Help create required material for the AML, including policies, procedures and controls for customer due diligence (CDD), suspicious activity (SA) monitoring and reporting, and risk assessmentCreate metrics and reports to communicate program effectivenessOversee, analyze and report results of CDD and SA monitoring by our third-party service providerIdentify potential issues and evaluate solutions to meet business needsBuild and maintain close working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they seek advice and counsel when neededStay current with all applicable regulations, monitoring changes and ensuring timely implementation of necessary changes.Basic qualifications
Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management or related field4 years of experience in an AML compliance roleStrong knowledge of AML regulations and standards, including the USA PATRIOT Act,
FinCEN and OFAC requirementsCAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) certification or equivalentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlinesStrong organizational skills
Preferred qualifications
Master's degreeRetail experienceRetail marketplace experienceExperience working with regulators and regulatory audits
