Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join a law firm in downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.

Salary: $80,000-$95,000 *bonus eligible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage case files from initiation through settlement.
  • Draft discovery responses, including interrogatories, document requests, and admissions.
  • Assemble demand packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness for negotiations and litigation.
  • Assist attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, including deposition preparation and trial support.
  • Organize and manage large volumes of documents and ensure all information is correctly logged in case management systems.
  • Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and other parties regarding case updates and settlements.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to junior paralegals and administrative staff as needed.
  • Take on office management responsibilities such as ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the legal team.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred 10+ years of experience as a paralegal, ideally in subrogation law.
  • Prior experience in office management or leadership roles within a legal environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft discovery responses and assemble complex demand packages.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in legal research and case management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
