We're seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Product Manager with deep healthcare industry experience and an MBA to lead our enterprise care business. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior executives to align product strategy with corporate objectives and drive measurable growth. You'll work hand-in-hand with customer success and account managers, as well as sales teams, to ensure product decisions are informed by frontline insights and evolving client needs. At the same time, you'll partner with engineering, user design, and product analytics teams to rapidly experiment, refine concepts, and deliver compelling user experiences. The ultimate goal: to create innovative, value-driven solutions that enhance patient engagement, improve healthcare outcomes, and drive meaningful revenue
A Day in the Life:
• Set and Champion the Vision: Define a compelling, forward-looking vision for how care management capabilities and clinical insights integrate into our platform. Continuously articulate this vision so all stakeholders-ranging from executives and clinicians to engineers-understand the strategic direction and their role in achieving it.
• Drive Alignment and Evangelize Outcomes: Regularly communicate product priorities, rationale, and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Ensure everyone has the necessary context, maintains alignment, and is inspired by the product's mission and trajectory.
• Incorporate Research and Market Insights: Embed usability studies, market trends, competitive analyses, and feedback from clinical and enterprise customers into product requirements. Use these insights to shape features that delight users, improve care delivery, and increase conversion.
• Own the Roadmap and Backlog: Combine long-term strategic thinking with near-term execution. Rapidly test hypotheses, run experiments, and make tough prioritization calls to ensure the most impactful features are delivered first. Keep stakeholders informed with a transparent, data-driven roadmap.
• Deliver Incremental Value via Rapid Iterations: Break down ambitious initiatives into manageable deliverables. Launch early and often, measure impact, and continuously refine your approach. Focus on quick wins while progressing toward your strategic vision.
• Foster Collaboration Across Teams: Partner closely with engineering, clinical operations, marketing, analytics, design, and customer success teams. Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere where everyone rallies around shared goals and metrics.
• Define and Track Success Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) upfront-such as conversion rates, member activation, and ROI-and track them throughout the product lifecycle. Translate results into clear insights and actionable plans to optimize performance.
• Identify and Develop New Opportunities: With your finger on the market pulse and deep understanding of enterprise healthcare needs, discover untapped opportunities. Develop innovative solutions that differentiate our offerings, increase engagement, and improve both clinical outcomes and cost-effectiveness.
What We Are Looking For:
• Educational Background: MBA strongly preferred. A BA/BS in Computer Science, a clinical field, or another technical/scientific discipline is highly valued.
• Experience in Growth Product Management: 5+ years of product management or related experience, ideally in growth-focused roles. Proven track record of using rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative improvements to optimize conversion and engagement.
• Healthcare Industry Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of healthcare ecosystems, clinical programs, population health, and care management workflows. Prior work in healthcare technology is highly desired.
• Analytical and Technical Strength: Strong data and analytics background. Deep familiarity with SaaS development practices and the technical underpinnings of scalable web and mobile applications. Experience with DevOps, cloud services, and application lifecycle management is a plus.
• Business Acumen and Market Awareness: Solid grasp of healthcare technology markets, including relationships with healthcare application providers. Ability to spot industry trends, guide strategic decisions, and influence product-market fit.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Adept at engaging with senior stakeholders, rallying cross-functional teams, and making compelling data-driven cases for strategic decisions.
• Agile and Lean Mindset: Experience working in agile environments and embracing a lean startup mentality. Comfortable with uncertainty, able to pivot quickly, and always open to feedback.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Keen empathy for customers (employers, payers, clinicians, and members). Ability to channel multiple points of view and translate them into actionable product strategies.
• Successful Startup or Scaling Experience: A track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments, effectively scaling products and businesses.
Who You Are:
• Data-Driven and Organized: You use metrics to guide decisions and remain laser-focused on results.
• Collaborative Influencer: You're an excellent negotiator and communicator, fostering teamwork across diverse groups.
• Innovative Experimenter: You approach challenges with a test-and-learn mindset-failing fast, learning continuously, and iterating rapidly.
• Comfortable with Ambiguity: You excel in dynamic environments and can juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Clinically Fluent, Technically Curious: You can speak the language of clinicians, engineers, and architects, bridging gaps and driving alignment.
• Process Improver: You continuously seek ways to streamline processes, applying technology and data-driven insights to enhance outcomes and efficiency.
