Senior Product Manager
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

The Product team is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead on our strategic initiatives. You will be pivotal in championing and positioning Computershare's transformative vision of our new Issuer Client and Shareholder Experience.
A role you will love
The Senior Product Manager is a key senior position that has accountability to lead the US Registry product team to enhance the growth, definition and direction of our company's suite of products and services. You will be responsible for setting the strategy direction and evolution of the initiative within Issuer Services Registry team. The primary responsibilities will be to focus on driving Client value by managing the relationships and collaboration between senior business stakeholders, relationship managers, marketing and technology teams to define features and capabilities with a focus on end user outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Help set the vision and strategic direction of our US Issuer Client products and service suite.
- Ensure the vision and direction of our products, services and channels deliver in alignment to our company's financial goals.
- Identify new products,features & ideas for consideration and debate, including new opportunities within the US markets.
- Work with the Issuer Services Registry Executives to define the product vision, and strategy.
- Ensure product and channel initiative outputs flow into our agile delivery model.
- Promote a culture of innovation across the region that will drive customer focused direction of our products, services, and channels.
- Document business cases including financial/usage forecasting and ROI metrics.
- Ensure clear mapping of processes within products and services including channel alignment.
- Continually gather and analyse data/business intelligence using it to inform the creation of product and feature strategies.
- Explore markets and consider industry insights.
- Plan and carry out product launches, including documentation, training and enablement.
- Translate business strategy into product strategy.
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, planning, positioning, product launch and roadmap development.
What will you bring to the role? - 7+ years experience in product management with a preference for candidates with a financial and/or banking background.
- Proven ability to engage with technology, marketing and business teams in a collaborative relationship.
- Experience with Product Management disciplines such as creation of Product Roadmaps, Product QBRs, presenting short- and long-term strategic plans.
- Experience of User/Survey research with Voice of Customer and user feedback and ability to present Concepts to executives at Product QBRs
- A deep understanding of market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Proficiency in strategic planning involving the ability to develop and execute effective communication and leadership abilities.
- A solid grasp of outcome driven measurement and demonstrating the ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Ability to drive significant outcomes that influence the product's market position, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. This range reflects our good faith effort to pay fairly based on our job evaluation of this role and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
