Job Description:
The remote Sr. Professional, Solutions Consultant supports the creation of new revenue opportunities and ongoing success of existing client accounts by applying deep technical expertise of CoreLogic products and data to solve business problems for our clients. Solution engineers are responsible for the process of "solutioning" which means fully understanding problems and working across organizational teams to identify the best solution for the client.
The successful Solutions Consultant leverages both product and mortgage originations business acumen to define and align customer requirements to existing CoreLogic products and solutions. The role includes developing a deep understanding of unique client needs and socializing common themes and client needs internally as an input for future product development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of CoreLogic products and how they are used by the customer.
- Partner with sales for revenue opportunities and drive prospects through the pipeline.
- Partner with existing clients and prospects to solve complex needs utilizing existing solutions. Ensure internal stakeholders understand the clients' needs.
- Manage client engagements to document scope and detailed requirements of services to be implemented for clients.
- Validate specifications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are consistent with articulated business requirements and deliver the expected results.
- Create and empower data driven and continual improvement culture
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is preferred
- 5+ years of Consultant/Business Process Analyst/Product Management in the mortgage servicing industry or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively with Product, Marketing, Support, Client Success, Sales, and other business groups
- Strong analytical skills, proven ability to design clear processes and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem-solving
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into complete and deliverable specifications
- Excellent organizational and project management and facilitation skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with/influencing cross-functional teams and gaining consensus. Strong listening and question-based knowledge gathering skills
- Ability to synthesize and analyze data from a variety of sources, identify issues, draw conclusions, and craft solutions
- Domain knowledge covering one or more aspects of the real estate economy (mortgage servicing, property insurance, credit, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of client base and product and data offerings

Annual Pay Range:100,000 - 125,000 USD
