Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience defining, designing, and operating large-scale business and technology operations.
  • Hands-on experience in technology delivery program management and implementing technology operations.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and practical experience with ITIL best practices.
  • Experience with service management technology solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Proven ability to structure, manage, and run cross-functional operational topics, including coordination between clients and service providers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to lead and influence diverse teams.
  • Ability to live and work in Los Angeles through the 2028 games.
  • Experience with games operations and understanding of key ecosystem partners is a plus, but not required.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with AWS and Snowflake.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
