Inspired by the island's rich history and sense of adventure, a new Islamorada resort is coming ashore in 2024. An all-new Florida Keys experience awaits at Three Waters Resort & Marina, the bellwether of the Islamorada Resort Collection. This all-new resort features a world-class marina teeming with a fleet of experienced captains in the "Sportfishing Capital of the World", 72 marina slips, 14 acres of beach and pool, nine new unique culinary destinations buzzing with energy, retail, and 214 island-chic luxurious waterfront rooms. Discover the heartbeat of Islamorada.

A shuttle driver serves as an integral part of commuting operations for our Resorts. They deal with the transport of guests and team members to and from specific locations, including Amara Cay & La Siesta, hotels, tourist attractions or within the bounds of a specific property. The main duty of a shuttle driver is to drive safely and responsibly ensuring passenger comfort. All while adhering to traffic laws, knowing the route well and maintaining the speed limit. Shuttle drivers also assist in loading and unloading luggage.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Prefer 1+ year customer service experience in hotels
• Familiarity with local area and attractions
• Ability to anticipate guest needs, good problem solving skills, judgment and reasoning
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
• Present confident and professional appearance
• Valid US Driver's License
