Position Overview:

This role will assist Aftermarket Sales by creating win/loss analyses and flow maps to enhance business processes and eliminate competitive gaps. This involves working with different teams to identify methods for collecting data from various sales opportunities and generating reports with key insights from those opportunities to enhance sales strategies and expand market reach.

About the Team:

The Aftermarket Services Sales team is responsible for commercialization and sales support for our Repairs and Mods & Upgrades business lines. This involves assisting in sales from the initial request for quotes, cost modeling, and bid approval; along with proactive sales by generating leads and organizing customer meetings.

The SGRE Summer Intern Program is a 12-week program, kicking off on June 3, 2024, in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between different teams to develop a win/loss analysis process
  • Generate reports with key insights from different sales opportunities.
  • Support sales to develop a pricing dashboard to improve quote strategy and turnaround time
  • Help identify constraints in the process, suggest improvements and implement changes to reduce proposal turn-around times.
Required skills, experience, and education:
    • Strong proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
    • MS Excel proficiency to regularly develop look-up tables and pivot tables to compare costs and prices.
    • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Project Management
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Applicants must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA and have relevant prior work experience
    • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without needing current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
    Preferred skills, experience, and education:
    • Preferred Knowledge in Power Automate, Power BI
