Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant

About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our team! If you have at least 3 years of general ledger experience, a knack for accuracy, and a passion for financial reporting, this is the perfect opportunity for you to take the next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and maintain general ledger accounts and financial transactions.
• Processing monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Expense reports and managing multiple deadlines for Payroll, AP and AR.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on general ledger experience.
• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Associate's degree in Accounting accepted with strong experience.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
