Provides quality service at an advanced level resolving complex customer issues for internal and external customers related to revenue processes across the ship to collect cycle including account maintenance, invoicing, payment processing, dispute resolution, and administrative collections functions.
Essential Functions
- Handles escalated customer inquiries and manager delegated assignments and performs complex research with minimal direct supervision.
- Communicates with other departments concerning problem areas and assumes ownership in the resolution of critical problems.
- Assist management in determining department training needs and training other team members.
- Assist in monitoring work volumes and staffing levels and initiating adjustments to meet customer demand.
- Create and produce reporting summarizing operational performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education High school diploma/GED
Minimum Experience Five (5) years experience in Revenue, Customer Service, or Office Administrative position.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Outstanding communication and advanced PC skills.
Expert knowledge of Revenue Services processes with ability to handle escalations and assist in training other team members.

Pay: $20.80 hourly
