Overview

Starbucks is known for developing extraordinary partners who share a passion for coffee guided by their quality of service to others and connection to our guests.

The Starbucks Supervisor assists the Starbucks Manager with training and development of staff. Performs duties of all positions within the department. Resolves employee and guest-related problems. Uses proper cash handling and accounting procedures. Acts as a Store Manager when required. Must possess working knowledge of computer terminal and cash register operations.

Qualifications

• Prior Starbucks Supervisory experience preferred
• 2-3 years prior supervisory or management experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other Team Members
• Experience with MICROS POS system a plus
• Prior Serve Safe Certification preferred
• Excellent problem solving skills & ability to multi-task
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
