Strategy & Program Developer Director

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office) in Florida. The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of the Tampa or Tallahassee Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The Strategy & Program Developer Director will be responsible for coordinating the relationship of a business unit with internal partners to ensure growth and compliance.

How you will make an impact:

• Monitors related legislation and advises senior management relative to compliance
• Researches new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities
• Assists in creating company's strategic and annual plans
• Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including 5 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Knowledge and experience in the products and services of the respective industry strongly preferred
• MBA preferred
