The Waubonsee Café StudentWorker reports to the Food Service Operators and Financial Aid Manager. TheWaubonsee Café Student Worker is responsible for cashiering, assistance withfood preparation, food display setups and breakdown, and cleanup.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers. Provide prompt and courteous service.
Operate cash register efficiently andaccurately.
Assist in preparing carious food items,ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Help set up, clean, and maintain food serviceareas and equipment.
Other duties as assigned by the food serviceoperators.
Minimum Qualifications
Have submitted a FAFSA and qualify for the Federal Work Study program.
A Waubonsee student enrolled in at leastone credit.
Have a minimum GPA of 2.0 or above.
18 years old or older.
Be in good standing with StudentConduct.
Be making Satisfactory AcademicProgress.
Physical Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Good communication and customer serviceskills.
Ability to work at either the SugarGrove or Aurora Campus
