Overview:

The Commercial Banking Training Programs Manager will oversee all training programs within Commercial Banking as part of the training and communications team. This position will serve as the liaison between internal and external partners to assess needs, develop content, define programs, and measure success. Additionally, this role will act as a backup to the communications function and SharePoint administration functions.

Summer Intern Program duration: June 2 - August 8, 2025.

Responsibilities:

Internal Communications:

  • Assist in executing the Commercial Banking internal communications roadmap.
  • Create and edit internal communications aligned with Commercial Banking strategic objectives.
  • Maintain customized distribution lists for effective communication.
  • Provide support in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of communications.
  • Explore diversification of content delivery, focusing on platforms like SharePoint and Salesforce.
Training Development & Support:
  • Contribute to the development of a standardized training program across all Commercial Bank Lines of Business (LOB).
  • Establish learning paths based on specific training needs for various roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide administrative support in organizing and promoting training materials available through multiple internal and external channels (WBU, LinkedIn Learning, Intuition, Wall Street Prep).
Skills:
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or OneTouch preferred.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a diverse team across lines of business.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently, multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Communications, Business, or related field).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn.
  • Availability to work a specified number of hours per week during the internship period.
The estimated hourly range for this position is $20/hour USD to $22/hour USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
