Description:
Job Title: Supply Manager - Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

Team: Acquisition Team, Supply

Duties:

• Lead the acquisition of high-quality, in-demand experiences hosted by expert hosts.
• Manage the supply acquisition funnel and work with vendors to meet monthly supply goals.
• Support teams and projects to bring new supply to the platform.

Skills:

• Project Management: Oversee development, planning, and execution of supply acquisition projects.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated with trends in entertainment and travel industries.
• Talent & Supply Sourcing: Source and conduct early outreach with experience hosts.
• Inclusivity: Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Review Leads: Ensure vendor-sourced leads meet quality guidelines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and provide regular updates.
• Lead Meetings: Manage supply acquisition projects and team milestones.
• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Visual Communication: Create compelling visual communications and presentations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive collaboration across stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage sourcing and acquisition professionals.
• Sales Guidance & Training: Support vendor training and create acquisition guidebooks.
• Attend Experiences: Attend a minimum of 3 experiences per month.

Experience:

• 12+ years in creative development, editorial sourcing, and supply acquisition.
• Experience in project management, experiential travel, or marketing development.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in entertainment design, creative advertising, event production, or related fields.

Additional Skills:

• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Technical proficiency with project management tools.
