Role: Systems Analyst - IT and Mailing Operations

Location: Portland, OR - onsite

Annual Compensation: $65K - $74K

Position Type: Direct Hire - Full Time

Ledgent Technology is partnering with a key employer on their open Systems Analyst position responsible for managing mailing data for production jobs and providing IT support across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Mailing

• Process mailing data using BCC Mail Manager Full Service, including imports, encoding, presorting, and generating documentation.
• Troubleshoot and enhance Visual Basic applications for mailing processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of mailing data with internal teams.
• Manage SQL Server databases to generate mailing lists.
• Provide guidance on USPS mailing rules and requirements.

IT Administration

• Create reports using Crystal Reports for EFI Foundation and Planner applications.
• Support Microsoft Office users, including Excel and Access troubleshooting.
• Manage and troubleshoot computers, handheld terminals, printers, and mobile devices.
• Oversee IT equipment inventory, purchasing, and maintenance.
• Resolve IT issues across office and production environments.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in SQL Server, Access, Excel, and Word.
• Fluent in Visual Basic, VBA, and VB.NET.
• Skilled in Crystal Reports, including formulas and sub-reports.
• Experience with BCC Mail Manager or similar software and USPS regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for IT hardware and software.
