Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for aSystems Operations Engineer

Position type: Full-time Contract(W2)
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension.
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid), (3 days onsite/2 wfh)

As aSystems Operations Engineer, you will:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Operations Engineering.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted larger scale or longer-term Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education.

The ideal candidate will have:
Review, follow-up and approve change changes.
Represent support groups in change scheduling reviews, post installation assessments, and tool or process improvements.
Interact with support group leaders driving change performance improvement and reporting.
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics.
Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work.
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables.
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business.
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
Service Now tool expertise, IT experience, Change, Incident and Problem policy knowledge.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60-$65 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
