Location: Owings Mills, MD
Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $45.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Talent Sourcer on Hybrid basis at Owings Mills, MD.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Partner with lead recruiters and hiring managers to understand the position requirements.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, SeekOut).
• Develop pipelines of under-represented talent groups for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System) for accurate reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Professional experience as a Recruiter and/or Talent Sourcer who takes pride in exceeding hiring goals, specifically related to sourcing diverse and under-represented talent.
• Passion and commitment to DEI, with experience supporting related corporate initiatives.
• Practical experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs/CRMs)
