Isel Inc, a division of Dubois Chemical, is hiring an ambitious, proactive sales team member to lead the company's efforts in developing our Refrigeration Fluid Product Line. This role will lead our expansion into a market by developing and cultivating new relationships and further penetrate existing accounts.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on individual looking to grow our business within the following markets: Mechanical Contracting, General Contracting, Construction, Distribution, Industrial Accounts among others.

• Strong organizational and follow-through techniques
• Leadership skills with an inner desire for a high level of achievement
• Experienced user of Excel, Windows, Outlook, CRM, and related computer skills

To be qualified, all applicants should have:

• 3-5+ years proven Outside Sales track record
• A Bachelor's Degree: Engineering, Technical, Marketing or Business preferred
• A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings
• Must be able to make direct personnel sales calls to our targeted customer base throughout the entirety of the market area
• Requirement of 50%+ time dedicated in the field with customers conducting sales calls

The ideal candidate will have:

• Commercial and/or industrial product sales experience within the HVAC rental business preferred
• Professional selling, structured sales process and pipeline management experience is recommended
• A basic understanding of HVAC and electrical systems and components and how they work
• Personal experience and understanding of the construction contracting, engineering process, and owner direct selling process is desired
• Additional vertical market experience in HVAC, Distribution Sales / Manufacturing
• A competitive drive with a will to be a winner
