Basic Job Functions:
- Reports directly to the TechnicalServices Supervisor of NIPG. and is responsible for product training, installation training using current means and methods for NIPG products, process training and set up for NIPG Installationschools. Additionally, this position will assist in providing other installation service assistance when required.
- Create and update training curricula, resources, and training schedules both internally and externally.
- Coordinate ordering various types of training materials and educational materials to be used at each type of training session.
- Coordinate with Field Services admin to maintain training schedules and up to date training records.
- Continuous learning to develop technical understanding of products, building science, and internal processes.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of building science and envelope design
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical associate or bachelor's Degree
- Project management and construction related experience.
- 5 years' experience in the construction industry
- Possesses anunderstanding of building science and envelope construction.
- Proficient in the use of basic photographic equipment, computer software and diagnostic tools.
