RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Support Analyst - Lab in Englewood, CO.Responsibilities:
  • Provides software support to internal customers for applicable operating system and associated subsystems
  • Provide system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware, and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems
  • Manages and sets priorities for maintaining, upgrading, and efficiently using applicable software systems


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 or more years of experience with application support in a hospital or medical related industry required
  • Experience working with project life cycle or project management methodologies required
  • 3rd Party Laboratory - Instrument Manager, Wellsky, Safe Trace (Bloodbank), RALs, Telcor
  • Excellent writing/documentation and communication skills
  • Must have application knowledge and support from an application perspective; Systems need to be up and running
  • Sense of urgency
  • Fast learner, quality consciousness and committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Strong command of key productivity applications: Google Workspace, Microsoft Visio, for example
  • Proven interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to manage up, down and across levels of the organization is required
  • Highly self-motivated, ability to complete assignments with limited supervision and attention to detail is required
  • Operational understanding and ability to work in a complex and matrix-oriented team environment
  • Ability to understand technology projects and concepts as they relate to high level business objectives and ability to present those concepts to both IT and non-IT audiences in concise and easily understandable manner is required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule, and meet deadlines is required
  • Operational knowledge of interfaces/EDI, APIs, and evolving technology is desired


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
