RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Support Analyst - Revenue Cycle in Englewood, CO.Key Tasks:
  • Technical Support Analyst provides software support to internal customers for applicable operating system and associated subsystems
  • Provide system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware, and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems
  • Manages and sets priorities for maintaining, upgrading, and efficiently using applicable software systems


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 or more years of experience with application support in a hospital or medical related industry required
  • Experience working with project life cycle or project management methodologies required
  • Revenue Cycle - Claims Processing, Scripting
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems: Knowledge of popular EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, or Meditech is essential; You will need to troubleshoot issues related to patient records, billing information, and clinical data
  • Practice Management Software: Understanding of practice management software like AthenaHealth, NextGen, Kareo, or eClinicalWorks
  • Billing and Coding Software: Familiarity with software tools such as EncoderPro, Find-A-Code, or TruCode
  • Claims Management Systems: Experience with claims management systems like Optum360, Availity, or Change Healthcare
  • Revenue Cycle Analytics Tools: Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Tableau, QlikView, or Microsoft Power BI is valuable for analyzing revenue cycle performance, identifying trends, and providing insights for improvement
  • Payment Processing Solutions: Knowledge of payment processing systems such as InstaMed, Waystar, or Simplee is beneficial for addressing issues related to patient payments, payment plans, and reconciliation
  • Remote Desktop and Support Tools: Familiarity with remote desktop applications (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Protocol) and support ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) is important for providing remote assistance and tracking support requests
  • Compliance and Regulatory Tools: Awareness of tools and resources related to HIPAA compliance, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and other industry standards ensures adherence to legal requirements in revenue cycle processes


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
