Contract Position

At Moseley we are supporting the largest defense contrators Missile and Fire Control program. The efforts of our employees are the key to the newest innovations in defense and aerospace.

Responsibilities:

• Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment and integrated systems at customer or field locations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to ensure timely repairs and return of serviceable hardware.
• Perform depot-level repairs, rework, modifications, and refurbishments on system components.
• Use test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, network analyzers, and waveform generators) to conduct fault isolation and repairs, following engineering schematics and AC/DC theory.
• Support engineering teams by providing technical expertise in troubleshooting and repair, using wiring diagrams, software programs, and depot procedures.
• Perform limited supply duties, such as loading and unloading equipment, and maintain effective customer communications.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, with technical training and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and work with hazardous materials.
• Experience with testing electro-optical components and systems.
• Ability to solder and repair cables/harnesses and work with chemicals.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with safety procedures, including safety wiring assemblies and connectors.
• Desired Skills:
  
  • Solder certification to J-STD-001, IPC-7711/IPC-7721.
