Job Description:

As a Telecom Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our Technology Operations team. Your responsibilities will include consulting on and participating in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables. You will contribute to large-scale planning and analyze challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Your role will involve resolving issues and collaborating with team members to meet deliverables, leveraging your solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for our internal voice infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements. Design and develop IVR menus, call flows, and voice prompts to ensure seamless customer interactions.
• Transition Management: Lead the transition from our current Genesys platform to a new CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solution, ensuring minimal disruption to service and optimal performance. Drive continuous improvement and tools integration efforts to optimize telecom solutions within an IT ServiceDesk structure.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Technology Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Extensive experience in telecom systems, strategic planning, and project management.
