Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join a law firm in the east Twin Cities metro. This is a temporary opportunity with an onsite work model.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee litigation cases from initial investigation through all legal phases, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trials.
• Prioritize client service, ensuring professional representation and communication.
• Develop strategies for favorable case resolutions.
• Provide expert advice and effective communication with clients.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin.
• 1-3 years of litigation experience with a solid understanding of civil and administrative procedural rules.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
