Are you a strategic thinker who loves a challenge? Do you want to play a role in equipping Reliability associates with the technical skills needed for Walmart Supply Chain's automation future? Then the Reliable Operations Center of Excellence is for you! As a key member of the Training team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training curriculum, content, and strategies that foster professional growth, enhance technical skills, and promote career advancement across the US Supply Chain network. By leveraging industry best practices and cutting-edge learning methodologies, we aim to equip our associates with the knowledge and competencies needed to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the US Supply Chain network.
This is an on-site position and available to be hired at any of the following locations: Bentonville, AR (Corporate Office), Searcy, AR, Woodland, PA, Lancaster, TX, New Braunfels, TX, Plainview, TX, or Menomonie, WI.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain learning programs and performance support tools.
- Manage learning content by auditing existing learning materials and adapting content to meet learner's needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholder.
- Align learning objectives and content with business goals.
- Maintain consistency in design through quality control measures.
What you'll bring:
- A deep passion for Learning and Development and a track record of successfully implementing L&D initiatives.
- A customer-focused approach to training, keeping the end-user in mind when designing training programs.
- Experience creating training content in Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft Articulate, Vyond and Elucidat.
- Strong project management skills with the ability manage multiple initiatives.
- The ability to prioritize work and flex when needed if priorities shift.
- Experience working in a cross-collaborative environment, influencing across multiple teams at the same time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Associate's degree in a Technical related field (e.g., Controls, Electrical) and 4 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field OR
6 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field.
