Top Requirements:
- 2+ years' troubleshooting exp for video content
- Exposure to Splunk, Datadog, Kibana or other log analysis and telemetry tools
- In Denver and available to work most days in the office
- Curious, energetic and good communication skills

Plusses:
- IP or traditional video experience a plus
- Technical support experience a plus

Day to Day/Project:
-This person will be focused on troubleshooting direct customer escalations for their video products, they have oversight into all of their video teams including set top boxes (ODN), legacy Spectrum guide, IP Video, etc
