Group 1001 is seeking a highly experienced and motivated VP, HR Business Partner to lead our HR Business Partnership team. As a Strategic HR Business Partner leader, you will lead a team of experienced HR professionals responsible for the strategic development and execution of talent related priorities aligned with key business objectives. This includes a focus on developing, and retaining talent in alignment with strategic business objectives, delivering an exceptional HR experience to our employees, and shaping our culture. In this role, you will participate as a senior member of Group 1001's Human Resources leadership team. This role will oversee and manage HR business partners, employee relations, and employment compliance functions.
This role will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
