Description: Our client is currently seeking a W2 Role -Technical Project Coordinator IV

Position Title: Technical Project Coordinator IV

Required Skills: Salesforce, ability to handle large sets of data, project coordination
Nice to have skills: Jira
Location: Philadelphia, PA or REMOTE

Interview Process: 2 rounds

Length: EOY, but expected to go into 2025

Project/Team:

• Team: Operations Team for MachineQ. This team buys companies, forms joint ventures, creates new products, etc. Typically looks on the horizon 3-5 years. Jacob's team oversees field services, professional deployment services, supply chain, and vendor management.


Ideal Candidate:

• Project Coordinator with 1-5 years' experience
• This resource will be handling digital food safety.
• Biggest client is Starbucks - they use IoT temperature devices in their refrigerators across America and Canada
• The Project Coordinator will handle inbound/outbound device replacements/repair
• Attention to detail important
• Ability to handle a lot of information (i.e when the ticket was submitted and handled)
• Salesforce experience required
• Within Salesforce they will be using Data Loader and building reports
• Interviewees should research MachineQ
