Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator
Location: Sunrise, FL
Duration: 03+ Months (Contract-To-Hire)
Bilingual - English & Spanish
Resource's typical working day:
- This role will be managing a 25-meeting room space
- Supporting the team with opening and closing work orders/reservations
- Creating and printing signage for meeting spaces
- Completing tours
- Monthly Activations: assist with carrying out the events/activities (giveaways and table tennis tournament, pumpkin carving)
Years of Experience needed: 1+ Years of professional relevant experience
Level of Education: H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite experience is required; Canva and Tririga experience is preferred
Top Must have Skills:
- Very high volume and they will be busy all-day
- Fast learner
- Bubbly personality
- Tech savvy
Top Nice to have Skills: Tririga experience -Managers the reservations and work orders
